How billing, trial periods, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations work.

The review receipt lists everything before payment: plans, server upgrades, slots, credits and the total. One server is free, and the owner can choose which server without upgrades uses that allowance.
Build a plan in the Plan builder, save it, and buy it when you are ready. Accounts from the beta are on the Legacy plan: what they already set up keeps running until the end of 5 December 2026, then features above the Free limits need a plan or an upgrade. Nothing changes to a paid plan unless the owner chooses one. Feedback & Beta HQ lists what Legacy keeps.
After a Personal plan checkout, the confirmation page lists the included upgrades and their servers, the amount paid and the renewal date. Open Qreate enters the app, and See your plan opens your account. An active subscription cannot be replaced by starting a second checkout; manage it from your account page.
Building a plan before signing up
On the pricing page at qreate.gg/pricing, selecting Choose on a plan tier or Build it per server opens Plan builder over the page without requiring an account. You can configure placeholder servers (Server 1, Server 2, and so on) and pick upgrades for each.
Your plan is kept in the browser for 30 days. Closing the studio leaves a floating badge at the bottom of public pages showing your selected plan, so you can return to it while browsing. When you create an account and sign in, Qreate offers to bring your plan over through a mapping sheet: you connect each placeholder server to one of your real Discord servers. If your account already has a saved plan, you can choose whether to replace it or keep what was already saved.
Review your plan
The Review button in Plan builder opens a clear itemized receipt before anything is submitted. It details what each covered server gets, which server stays free, extra server slots, monthly credits for Q Chat and background services, trial terms, VAT, and the total.
When you have servers without upgrades, you can pick which one uses the free server allowance. The smallest order is 1 €. Your saved plan stays where it is until you check out.
Plan builder memory
The plan assistant in Plan builder includes an optional 30-day memory. It is turned off by default. When enabled, it keeps only high-level topics discussed and interaction counts, so it can offer relevant suggestions on later visits. It never saves message text or server names.
You can switch memory off or choose Forget now to clear stored topics at any time, directly in the assistant widget or under Privacy in your account settings.
VAT and trials
The pricing page shows each plan in your local currency where we have one. In the EU and India the price includes tax; where tax is added on top, as in Canada or some US states, the checkout shows it before you pay, and there are no other fees. Every paid plan begins with a 3-day free trial, allowing you to test all features. You can cancel at any time during the trial period and you will not be charged.
Your plan on the account page
On your account page at qreate.gg/app/account, the Your plan section displays your current plan (Personal plan, Pro, or Free), renewal date and amount, what modules and servers are covered, and current period usage. Actions here allow you to change your plan, review payment history, or cancel renewal.
Changing your plan
You can change your plan at any time by selecting Change plan on your account page or by opening the Plan builder at qreate.gg/plan. Your current plan preloads into the builder. Starting another checkout while already subscribed is prevented and directs you to your plan, avoiding duplicate subscriptions.
When you adjust your plan, the change calculator applies clear rules:
- Adding a service: charged for the remainder of the current billing period on a prorated basis.
- Removing a service: runs to the renewal date with no refund.
- Moving to a tier: credits the unused portion of your Personal plan toward the new tier price.
- Downgrades: start at renewal, keeping your access active until the paid period ends.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, at qreate.gg/app/account. Follow the billing/invoices link there to open the billing portal, where you can download invoices, update payment methods, or cancel the subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and your access remains active until the end of the paid period.
