Feedback & Beta HQ

How to send feedback from inside the app, and what your account currently includes.

On this page

Accounts that joined during the beta are on the Legacy plan: what they set up keeps running and stays editable until the end of 5 December 2026. After that, features above the Free limits need a plan or an upgrade (build one in Plan builder), otherwise the account continues on Free. Nothing is deleted, and nobody is moved onto a paid plan without choosing one.

  • What you set up keeps running. Every module, rule, panel, feed and scheduled message already configured on your servers keeps working, and you can still edit it.
  • Anything new follows the free plan. New rules, commands, panels and servers count against the free plan's limits.
  • Q and AI features use the free plan's allowance. Every beta account also gets 100 credits that never expire, for when the allowance runs out. AI moderation and image moderation are part of the paid plans.
  • Switching off a paid feature is a choice we ask about. If a server switches off a feature that belongs to a paid plan, turning it back on later needs that plan, so the dashboard asks before it happens.

Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan yourself. Beta HQ is still the fastest way to tell us when something's off.

Beta HQ

On any dashboard page you'll find a Beta HQ button (bottom-right) for servers that have the bot. Inside there's a short checklist (tap Works, Issue or Skip on each item) plus a Report anything box for bugs, ideas, or things you love.

  1. Open Beta HQ and confirm you're in (one tap, per server).
  2. Run your server normally and mark items as you go.
  3. Hit a snag? Drop a note. It reaches our team instantly.

What I tried:
I saved a Welcome embed with an image.

What happened:
The dashboard showed HTTP 400.

Expected:
The embed should save and appear on the next join.

Extra:
Server name, module page, screenshot if possible.

For platform support tickets outside Beta HQ, use qreate.gg/support. Dashboard community Tickets are for your Discord server members, not Qreate platform support.

You're always in control: remove Qreate anytime, and Discord logs every action it takes.
